Christian ‘Andy’ Allen is a native of Jacksonville, FL. He attended Jacksonville University and earned the President’s Award (scholar athlete award) for the graduating class of 2003. Andy majored in Finance and minored in Marketing and was a Cleveland Golf Academic All-American and continues to be a top amateur golfer in Northeast Florida. Andy has been involved in almost every aspect of the real estate industry throughout the past 10 years. He started Corner Lot Properties in 2009. In only 4 years, Andy has conducted over 450 real estate transactions ranging from $2,500 to $1,000,000 making Corner Lot Properties the largest real estate wholesaler in Northeast Florida. Andy is the best in the business at identifying undervalued assets. He has conducted commercial, multi-family, and land transactions. In addition, Corner Lot has sold numerous turnkey rentals and continues to grow each year. Prior to launching Corner Lot, Andy worked with Stellar Properties where he was in charge of all marketing for community association management. He also undertook the task of starting the mortgage and title departments and played a key role in doubling the company’s growth throughout the Northeast Florida region.
Outside of real estate, Andy is a one of the top amateur golfers in Jacksonville and enjoys Gator and Jaguar football. He cherishes spending his time with his wife, Kristen, and his two children Ava (7) and Payne (3).
On his very first day as a licensed sales associate he sold his first house. From that point on Kyle has participated in well over 150 real estate transaction including sales in excess of $900,000.
Son of Joseph and Kathy Passkiewicz, Kyle grew up in St. Johns County and attended Bartram Trail High School. From there he went on to graduate with a degree in Finance from the University of Florida in 2006, and jumped right into the Jacksonville real estate market.
Beyond real estate, Kyle loves to golf, watch gator football, and is an avid fisherman. Kyle is driven by success both in his personal and professional life. His passion for life and work is proudly displayed daily, and this excitement is recognized by his clients as an integral part of his success in the real estate business.
